David Watkins has been an active residential agent in this area since 1985, initially cutting his teeth as an estate agent in 1982, with a well known independent estate agency, with whom he remained with for ten years, until eventually breaking away from the safety harness of employment, and joining the self – employed ranks of the business.
38 years of experience has brought a wealth of local knowledge, spanning throughout the A3 Corridor, from the South of Guildford, to Surbiton and Leatherhead, and including Weybridge, Walton On Thames, Hersham, Esher, Cobham, Oxshott, Addlestone, Ripley, West Byfleet and Woking.
David is a “Hands On” estate agent, providing fair, impartial advice to his clientele, with the primary objective of securing the best possible purchaser, or tenant for his clients’. Being hands on, ensures that the sales process is carefully managed, with due diligence exercised at the first point of agreeing a sale, subject to contract, through to the eventual exchange, and completion of contracts.

Over twenty years ago, David saw the inevitable changes (that have now evidently arrived !), forthcoming to the estate agency business, making a calculated, somewhat frightening decision at that time, to diversify in the market, and offer an alternative, bespoke, and unique service to all of our clients.
This business now has a healthy core of established clientele, whom have, over the years, sought repeated advice on residential sales, Land, New Homes and development, Residential lettings, the Acquisition of properties for our overseas clients, and a refurbishment arm of the business, which has proved extremely successful for our UK based, and overseas landlords, registered within our residential lettings portfolio.
